Accounting service
Accounting services are invoiced according to elapsed time.
An invoice is sent every month with a timesheet documenting our work.
We offer the following hourly rates for Accounting Services:
A minimum of 1 hour per month (600 DKK + VAT) is invoiced.
The hours you need and the hourly rate applied are based on a monthly average during a calendar year.
We estimate the number of hours needed per month in the beginning and then adjust the hourly rate during the year if necessary.
Controller service
Controller services are invoiced according to elapsed time.
We offer the following hourly rate:
700 DKK + VAT
CFO service
CFO services are invoiced according to elapsed time.
We offer the following hourly rate:
800 DKK + VAT
Payroll Mangement
Payroll Management are invoiced according to elapsed time.
An invoice is sent every month with a timesheet documenting our work.
We offer the following hourly rates for Payroll Management:
A minimum of 0,5 hours per month (300 DKK + VAT) is invoiced.
The hours you need and the hourly rate applied are based on a monthly average during a calendar year.
We estimate the number of hours needed per month in the beginning and then adjust the hourly rate during the year if necessary.
Annual Report service
Annual Report services are invoiced according to elapsed time.
We offer the following hourly rate:
800 DKK + VAT
We invoice an estimated amount of hours prior to commencing work which the client prepays.
After finalising the work, a timesheet documenting the work done is sent together with a final settlement invoice or credit note to the client.
A minimum of 5 hours (4.000 DKK + VAT) is invoiced per year.
Tax Return service
Tax return services are invoiced according to elapsed time.
We offer the following hourly rate:
800 DKK + VAT
We invoice an estimated amount of hours prior to commencing work which the client prepays.
After finalising the work, a timesheet documenting the work done is sent together with a final settlement invoice or credit note to the client.
A minimum of 2 hours (1.600 DKK + VAT) is invoiced per year.
Audit Preparation service
Audit Preparation services are invoiced according to elapsed time.
We offer the following hourly rate:
800 DKK + VAT
We invoice an estimated amount of hours prior to commencing work which the client prepays.
After finalising the work, a timesheet documenting the work done is sent together with a final settlement invoice or credit note to the client.
A minimum of 5 hours (4.000 DKK + VAT) is invoiced per year.
Advisory service
Advisory services are invoiced according to elapsed time.
We offer the following hourly rate:
900 DKK + VAT
We invoice an estimated amount of hours prior to commencing work which the client prepays.
After finalising the work, a timesheet documenting the work done is sent together with a final settlement invoice or credit note to the client.
If the Advisory service is a standalone task, a minimum of 4 hours (900 DKK x 4 hours) + our onboarding fee of 2.000 DKK is invoiced = 5.600 DKK + VAT
Onboarding
Onboarding fee: 2.000 DKK + VAT
This fee applies to all new clients and cover our costs for initial meetings, compliance, KYC and AML.
Do we offer capped fees?
Yes, we can offer you a capped fee, but it comes with a capped workload.
It means we can agree on a maximum of hours per month.
Should we need to exceed the agreed maximum hours, we will ask for your acceptance before spending more hours.
