We have made a guide here, showing you how to apply for salary compensation in relation to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 crisis.
First you need to log in to the government “VIRK” website – you can click this link:
Then you need to log in to the actual application:
After you have logged in with your NemID, then VIRK will automatically find the company, that is related to your NemID.
You need to click in these 2 boxes – and then click “Næste”:
VIRK will now automatically show the amount of employees, that previously has received payslips, and therefore already is registered on eIndkomst.
You have to choose, if you are applying for 1-25 or more than 25 employees – and then click “Næste”:
Here you need to choose, if you are applying for salary compensation for the same period for all your employees.
Also you need to write the period, that you are applying for.
NB: You can apply for the whole 3 month period now.
Here you need to write the name and the CPR-number for the employee, for whom you are applying the salary compensation for.
After writing the employee details, you need to click “Hent lønoplysninger”.
Now the salary information for the employee is retrieved from eIndkomst.
If you have more employees, then you can add these by clicking “Tilføj”.
When you have entered the details for all your employees, then you click “Næste”:
You need to indicate if the employee is hired as:
Funktionær (fixed salary)
Ikke-funktionær (hourly paid)
Then press “Beregn kompensation”.
Now you can see the total salary compensation for each employee.
This process is repeated for all employees.
When you are done click “Næste”:
Enter your contact details and click “Næste”:
Here you give your affidavit, stating that all the information provided by you is true – click the box – and then click “Næste”:
Check that all the information is correct – click “Jeg bekræfter ovenstående” – then click “Næste”:
You now get a confirmation that the application is submitted:
